>Verizon iPhone Hardly Selling More than AT&T iPhone

According to BGR, Sales of the Verizon iPhone fail to meet expectations. The most awaited Verizon iPhone is hardly selling more than AT&T iPhone. Verizon iPhone is beating AT&T iPhone only in terms of sales less than the expectations. BGR has posted the unit sales totals from five Apple stores combined which shows the sales of both AT&T and Verizon iPhone 4 during the first five days of availability of Verizon iPhone. According to BGR, 14% of people buying the Verizon iPhone were AT&T iPhone owners, 25% of people buying iPhone 4 were BlackBerry users, 30% of people buying Verizon iPhones were Android users.

Below are unit sales totals from five Apple stores combined (including two very, very prominent Apple stores) showing both Verizon and AT&T iPhone 4 sales during the Verizon iPhone’s first five days of availability:
– Thursday: Verizon = 909, AT&T = 539
– Friday: Verizon = 916, AT&T = 680
– Saturday: Verizon = 660, AT&T = 471
– Sunday: Verizon = 796, AT&T = 701
– Monday: Verizon = 711, AT&T = 618

You can see the Verizon iPhone popularity is decreasing and AT&T iPhones are selling as quickly as Verizon iPhones. As a result again a fair game may occur between Verizon and AT&T. According to a Verizon spokesperson, Verizon is pleased with iPhone sales so far as reported by Bloomberg. [Via]
